伊丽莎白城州立大学
伊丽莎白城州立大学Elizabeth City State University(ECSU)是一所高等学府位于北卡罗来纳州伊丽莎白城。是历史上的黑人大学(HBCU)，ECSU为招收的近2500学生提供37个学士项目和3个硕士学位项目。伊丽莎白城州立大学是1981年为响应北卡罗来纳州议会的一项法案设立的为期两年的师范院校。1937年，学校变成一个整整四年的师范学院，并正式命名伊丽莎白城国家师范学院。1969年，其名称改为伊丽莎白城州立大学。
