管长龙
管长龙，男，现任中国海洋大学海洋与大气学院院长、教授。曾任国际船舶与海洋工程大会（ISSC）环境委员会委员，兼任国家海洋局海洋灾害预报技术研究重点实验室学术委员会副主任、教育部应急管理咨询专家组（自然灾害领域）成员、中国海洋工程学会理事等。
