孙道恒
孙道恒，1965年1月出生，安徽人，工学博士，厦门大学机电工程系教授，博士生导师，研究方向为微纳机电系统（MEMS/NEMS），主要包括微米/纳米集成与封装，聚合物纳米结构及其应用，微纳生物医学传感器与执行器等。
人物简介
孙道恒，1987、1990、1997年分别获东北大学学士、硕士、博士学位；1997~1999西南交通大学力学博士后流动站研究人员。1990~1997于东北大学机械原理与机械零件教研室任助教、讲师。1999年6月加盟厦门大学机电工程系任副教授，2001年任教授。曾任厦门大学机电工程系机械设计制造及其自动化教研室主任、机械学实验室主任、机电系主任，现任厦门大学物理科学与技术学院副院长。
2004.1~2005.12受Berkeley Scholarship Program 资助，作为访问学者于加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校机械工
程系、BSAC从事MEMS/NEMS研究。
全国现代设计理论与方法委员会理事、中国电子学会电子机械工程委员会委员、福建省机械工程学
会副理事长、《电子机械工程》及《振动、测试与诊断》编委。主讲《机械设计基础》、《有限
元理论与运用》、《计算机控制系统》、《机械振动基础》、《先进制造技术》及《纳米机电系统导论
伦》、《微流体技术》等课程。
科研成果
主持或参加科研项目11项。获冶金工业部科技进步三等奖1项。其中，完成国家自然科学基金资助
项目4项、教育部骨干教师资助项目1项，辽宁省科学基金项目2项，合作项目4项，福建省自然科学基
金、福建省科技计划重点项目、福建省重大项目、厦门大学优秀人才资助项目1项。
