罗小薇

罗小薇是一位斯坦福大学社会学博士，现任长江商学院创业与家族企业管理学访问副教授。她在2000年获得了斯坦福大学颁发的博士学位，并拥有雪城大学社会学硕士学位和复旦大学英美文学与语言学学士。罗小薇还参与了复旦大学世界经济研究生课程。

研究领域

制度理论、制度变迁、对于多重制度压力与制度逻辑的组织反应、家族企业、公司治理、战略联盟与企业集团、企业社会责任、新兴市场、企业创新、组织实践中的跨文化差异，和员工培训与发展等。
