杜鹏
杜鹏,北京大学生命科学学院和北京大学清华大学生命科学联合中心研究员,博士。长期致力于核糖核酸生物学与干细胞生物学的研究,尤其在鉴定未知RNA调控通路及其在胚胎干细胞和早期胚胎发育中的功能方面取得了显著成果。在Cell,Cell stem Cell, Molecular Cell, PNAS,PLoS Pathogen等国际学术期刊上发表多篇论文。

研究领域
研究集中在核糖核酸生物学与干细胞生物学。综合运用传统的生物化学,分子生物学,结合高通量测序,基因组学,生物信息学等手段来分析和鉴定未知的RNA调控通路,研究相关RNA调控通路在胚胎干细胞的分化命运决定和早期胚胎发育中的功能。致力于在动物细胞中重组植物或微生物中特异的RNA调控通路,并分析其潜在的对于基础科学研究和转化医学研究中的价值。

鉴定未知的RNA调控元件及分析其对应的调控机制。
研究RNA调控如何决定胚胎干细胞全能性及多能性状态的转化及分化命运。
哺乳动物细胞中植物或微生物核糖核酸调控通路的重建及其潜在应用。
