Methylamphetamine是三种化合物的统称，包括2-methylamphetamine, 3-methylamphetamine以及4-methylamphetamine。应注意与甲基苯丙胺（methamphetamine，MAP）相区分。
简介
Methylamphetamine属于苯丙胺类毒品（Amphetamine-type stimulant, ATS），具有同甲基苯丙胺类似的药理学特性，比如致兴奋性、成瘾性等。
Methylamphetamine的主要功能是释放单胺类递质，在释放去甲盐酸肾上腺素和多巴胺的效能上不如甲基苯丙胺，但在释放5－羟色胺的效能上要大于甲基苯丙胺。其中4-methylamphetamine的效能最高。
